The books out there about dieting are really complicated. You have to figure out percentages of proteins, carbs and fats. You have to count calories. You have to starve your self. You have to do a cleanse. You have to figure out your blood type.
It’s all too complicated!
We naturally didn’t have to know our blood type or percentages or recommended daily caloric intake 200,000 years ago. We ate animal proteins, vegetables and fruits that were in season and that were growing around us.
We made it this far but our modern diet is killing us fast. The rates of diseases are increasing, we are having emotional problems and we can’t reproduce. Our modern way of eating is not working.
